You may ask your parents or relatives who are residents of Pune to visit the site on your behalf. Also, we will check all your digital security systems, electrical systems & plumbing services and make sure that they are running to the desired levels upon your arrival. No hassles of cleaning or dusting!     Property Maintenance   We will conduct periodic maintenance of your home along with system checks, alarm intrusion checks. A complete digital diagnostic check will be run so that your home stays in proper shape. This will ensure greater value to your investment incase you want to rent or sell your property in the future.     Payment of Bills   We will ensure timely payment of all bills, taxes & other out-goings from your home on a regular basis to save on the hassles and problems in case you and your family were to be out of town for extended periods. This is ensure all external services are in place.
